
With the demand for apprenticeships in decline and the need to source fresh blood, the Trend Controls marketing team approached us with an unnamed apprenticeship scheme that they needed to promote to a national audience.
Working within a controlled budget we created a campaign, produced leaflets, posters, exhibition stands and a website, as well as promotional merchandise that delivered the brand and built awareness, achieving a direct return on filling places. Over 500 applications in just eight weeks, which surpassed all expectations.
